I beg to inform you that you are further

(8). with being late for work on the 27th. May, 1911, and with being abusive when asked for an explanation.

(9). with disobedience of a lawful order on the 27th.

May, 1911, in that you refused to leave the room when twice order-

-ed to do so and did not finally leave until I had ordered the

office coolie to fetch a policeman to turn you out.

You are requested to reply to these charges

at the same time as you reply to the others.
